…'TIS THE SEASON ALRIGHT…

…but as the "yule inevitable" extravaganza is winding up to full velocity, we are still at work here. No, we are not jamming on the X-mas drinking medley (not yet anyway), but instead getting ready to lay down the first round of basics for the United Ghosts album.

A session with our favorite producer Scott Gilman is booked for the last days of 2011 and we're excited to get drums and bass down before retreating to "ze magic Garage at the end of the lane" for overdubs and tweaks. Let's hope someone will supply the mistletoe and wine, or at least some things that explode

for New Year's Eve. All gifts and surprises are welcome.

Speaking of surprises, we seem to have made a few end of year "best new acts/songs" lists. Thanks for the love to NYC's Dream Wave Radio who named United Ghosts one of the "10 Best New Bands Of 2011" and Buzzbands' Kevin Bronson, who has Holes Into The Night on rotation in it's "Fall Mix".

Guess we just snuck in there with our November release. Falalala lah!
